The Biggest Loser Couples Week 7

Week 7 weigh in time....This is the most dreadful weigh in for me cause I haven't been as strict as I was in the beginning. I am not going to beat myself up though cause I have made a lot of changes for the good in my food choices and portion sizes. There are always going to be excuses of why I didn't lose this week, like birthday party & eating out 2 times, (onion rings, french fries, Baskin Robbins Birthday cake).

Here goes the weigh in....
Drum Roll Please.......

I gained 2lbs......My sister lost 1.2 lbs. Yay for Diane, she is AGAIN the Biggest Loser. I admire her dedication and walking on her treadmill faithfully. I need her here for me to crack the whip.
That puts our totals at...Me, 9.8 and Diane 14. I hope I did my math right. Well, I guess all I have to say is, I will give it my best shot again this week. I need all of your prayers. Congrats to Diane....Way to go!

This is my sister, Diane and I last year on our sister vacation in Florida. I wish I were there right now...

I like that comment courtney: "Get back on that horse!" . . . yes, we must NOT give up . . . we've come too close to turn back now! I am still proud of you Mimi 'cause it could have been +3, 4, 5 . . . got my drift? You will do better next week! 'til then,
I am the Biggest Loser!

Rhonda,
You know what you did. You know what to do differently next time, and that is what counts!
I am praying for you. This has been a rough week for me, too. I am thinking this Saturday's weigh in won't be wonderful. We'll see.

2 lbs doesn't sound too bad for all those goodies. We all slip sometimes and you will lose it again. the main thing is that your spirit is not defeated.

I wish I were in FL too! I'm not doing too well either. My excuse for ditching the treadmill has been sinus infections and generally feeling crummy. It's hard enough to be motivated to excercise, let alone when your head is throbbing. There's always next week, right? You are way more dedicated than I.

Totally unrelated...was that Einstein book at the right of your blog actually named "Mimi's Toes" Is that where you got the name? So cute.
