The Biggest Loser Couples Week 8

We are at week 8 and this has been a better week for me. I have not had my mind on food and have stayed active and a more positive attitude. I try to start my day off with a daily scripture reading and it helps to keep me focused. I hope it shows on the scales.
Here goes.....
Drum roll please......
My weight loss this week is 4 lbs............My sister, Diane lost 1.6 lbs. That makes me the biggest loser this week......Hooray......but I am so proud of my sister for being consistant in losing. I lost the 2 lbs I gained last week, which really makes me happy.
This brings our totals to 13.8 for me and 15.6 for Diane.
I will give thanks to the Lord with all my heart; I will tell of all Your wonders. Psalm 9:1
This is last year in Florida....Diane & I. Diane has always been my angel on my shoulder and this picture proves it. Isn't she precious? Love my big sis!

Congratulations. Tomorrow will be my first weigh in but according to the scale this morning, I am down 4 pounds this week. I think I was eating so much worse than I realized, that the losses will slow down now that I am getting it under control.
