The Biggest Loser Couples week 14

I will be glad when this show is over next week, cause maybe I won't be so stressed at facing those scales every Wednesday morning to report my good loss or bad loss. Why can't I have a steady weight loss? Why can't I pull numbers like Ali on the show....I can't believe she lost 12 lbs last week. Maybe it is because I don't have a trainer like Jillian. I am up 1 lb. down 1 lb. like a roller coaster ride. Maybe I shouldn't be eating celery with ranch dressing and pretzels for dinner, like last night. I should quit complaining and be glad for what I have lost so far and that I am healthier because of it and trying to make better choices. Having my sister as a partner has been very motivating. When I am down, she picks me up and same for her, when she is down, I pick her up.
Weigh in time.....
Drum Roll Please.......
I gained 1 lb. Diane Lost 1 lb. Diane is the biggest loser this week.....Hooray for her. That brings our totals to 18.5 lost so far for me and 19.6 lost for Diane. I would love to hit the 20 lb loss mark next weigh in. I know I can do it....Gonna try very hard to meet that goal. Until then, I could sure go for a deep dish cheese pizza....NOT

Well it's different because on that show they have many hours a week of exercising and eating right. You still have to work and go about normal life! You're doing good!

I didnt watch last night...I have to wait until my hubby gets back in town so we can watch it together!

I understand the yo-yo feeling. I didn't weigh in last week because I was at home, and I indulged in yumminess!

I can't weigh in this weekend either, so hopefully next week will be better!

I can't believe I missed it last night!
I will have to make sure I see it next week.
You have motivated me and so I have been working on me too. Five pounds down. I have a goal to start with and I have 5 more pounds to meet it.
Soooooo..no deep dish pizza for you!
You have to keep us on tract.:)

I was watching the show last night and thought of you, hence why I am writing to you today. :)

I think that you are doing fabulous, and like Steph said, these people have only had to focus on weight loss for the past 15 weeks meanwhile you have had to live life in reality. You are almost at 20 pounds but any pounds that you have lost is still amazingly great! Keep it up - I know that it is hard but you are doing well!

Hang in there, next week will be better. After all it is only 1 pound! You are doing a fantastic job, keep it up!

Hey I got a Deep dish Pizza Casserole on my blog that is really reasonable on WW points, Might take away that craving for the real stuff. Good luck this week!

I bet you can hit the 20 pound mark.

Don't stress so much, remember it's a life style change not a diet.

18 lbs. is something to be proud. There are women out there that only wish they could do it. Consider yourself an inspiration Mimi. I've missed ya!

Your totals are rockin! Don't get discouraged. Even on the biggest Loser they had rough weeks...like poor Brittany!! I cannot believe Ali's numbers!!! I think she might win it!

How much more weight can Ali loose anyhow? She looks so dang skinny already! I agree with Steph...that show definitely isn't real life! Hang in there, lady. You are both doing great!!
